Mumbai, Mar 09: Future Generali India Insurance celebrated International Women’s Day 2024 by launching HEALTH POWHER – a comprehensive health insurance plan designed to meet the unique health needs of women.
With the idea of inclusivity deeply embedded in its philosophy, FGII also launched a thought-provoking campaign - #DontBeAPlus1, encouraging women to analyse and assess their health needs before purchasing an insurance policy.
The product was launched at an event which was a melange of diverse activities including sessions and workshops on financial literacy, self-defense, car care and health by eminent personalities at its head office in Vikhroli on Friday.
The event, which took place at the company’s head office in Vikhroli, witnessed participation from its employees, and was also telecasted to other branches. A panel discussion involving celebrity guests such as actress Sonali Bendre, a survivor of Stage 4 Metastatic Cancer, Dr. Kiran Coelho, a senior obstetrician and gynaecologist and Swarnima Bhattacharya, Co-founder of Gytree and a health practitioner was organised. Shaili Chopra, Founder of SheThePeople, business journalist and entrepreneur, conducted a workshop on financial literacy and highlighted the need for taking correct investment decisions to achieve financial freedom The event also saw an engaging performance by Suhani Shah, the mentalist and magician. In addition, the company facilitated health check-up sessions for women, alongside a variety of enjoyable and interactive activities for participants.
